One delivery ticket. Three entries you can trace: the stock, what you owe, and the photo of the ticket.
The site supervisor's phone home screen with five big buttons: Receive, Issue, Transfer, Expense and Timesheet.
The owner's dashboard on a desktop: money across sites, what is owed, stock alerts and each site's profit and loss.
The supervisor on a phone and the owner on a desktop read the same ledger. Screens from the demo company.

You are running six sites from four spreadsheets and a lot of phone calls.

Material disappears between the ticket and the slab.

Deliveries are signed on paper, issues are remembered, transfers between sites are a text message. Stock counts never match.

The cost: over-ordering, theft nobody can prove, and site costs you cannot explain to a partner.

You find out what you owe when the statement arrives.

Supplier invoices land in email, terms and early-payment discounts are missed, and retainage held by clients is a number in someone's head.

The cost: late fees, lost 2% discounts and cash surprises.

Partners ask for their numbers and you build them by hand.

Each joint venture needs its own profit and loss, capital account and statement, and the partner must never see your other sites.

The cost: days of spreadsheet work, awkward conversations, and a permission mistake waiting to happen.

You cannot see or trust where money and materials are going across sites without reconciling spreadsheets, supplier statements and card statements. That is the work Constructious removes.

Open your phone and get a straight answer to six questions.

How much of each material is at the site right now?
Stock on hand per site, worked out from every receipt, issue and transfer.
How much do we owe each supplier and subcontractor, and when is it due?
Ageing by due date, with the discount deadlines that save you money.
How much cash is in the bank, on cards and in hand, and who is holding it?
Every account balance, including the petty cash each person carries.
What has this site cost so far, and is it making or losing money?
Profit and loss per site, on an invoiced basis or a cash basis.
What has each partner put in and taken out?
A partner statement you can send without rebuilding it.
How much tax have we charged and been charged this period?
A tax summary by code, with reverse charge shown on both sides.

A partner gets the same answers for their sites only, with no trace of any other site.

From the gate to the ledger in three steps.

  1. Step 1: Site staff capture it where it happens.

Receive a delivery with the ticket photographed, issue material to a crew, send a transfer to another site or the yard, record a card or petty-cash expense, enter the day's hours. Each takes under 30 seconds, and site staff never see prices.

  2. Step 2: The accountant turns it into money.

Supplier invoices are created from the deliveries, with terms, tax codes and early-payment discounts. Payments by check, ACH, SEPA, wire or card settle the oldest invoices first. Client invoices with retainage go out as PDFs on your letterhead.

  3. Step 3: Everyone sees what they are allowed to see.

Owner: everything. Partner: their sites. Accountant: assigned sites. The foreman and site staff: quantities, never rates. Every view and every change is in the audit log.

Everything a builder's back office does, in one place.

Built for the USA and for Europe.

United States

  • US dollars and MM/DD/YYYY dates
  • Imperial units: 94 lb bags, yd³ ready-mix, #3 to #11 rebar, board feet
  • State and local sales tax, 1099 tracking
  • Checks and ACH, retainage

UK and Europe

  • EUR, GBP, CHF and more; DD/MM/YYYY or DD.MM.YYYY
  • Metric units: 25 kg bags, m³, 8 to 32 mm rebar
  • VAT with reverse charge for construction services, CIS deductions in the UK
  • SEPA transfers, retention, invoice data ready for EN 16931

Either way: one base currency per company, a time zone for each site, the fiscal year you choose, US and UK English wording, and more languages ready to add.

Your numbers are only worth something if they are safe.

Read the security statement
  • Two-factor sign-in, lockout that grows with every failure, and your password again before anything sensitive.

  • Site isolation enforced on every query and tested automatically: a partner cannot learn that another site exists.

  • An append-only audit log of who did what, when and from where. Financial and stock records are never deleted, only reversed.

  • Bank details encrypted, no national ID numbers stored, personal-data export and pseudonymisation built in, retention you set.

  • Hosted in your region (EU, UK or US) on a hosting account you own. You own the domain and the data, and we list every sub-processor.

  • Accessible by design: WCAG 2.2 AA, readable in sunlight, light and dark themes.

Questions builders ask.

Is this accounting software?

No. It is the operational ledger your accountant exports from. A journal export ships in the first release; QuickBooks, Xero, Sage and DATEV mappings follow.

Does it work offline?

Pages are light and open on weak signal. If you have no signal, the page says so and nothing is half-saved. A full offline queue is on the roadmap.

Can a partner see my other sites?

No. Isolation is in the data layer, not in hidden menus, and it is tested automatically for every screen.

Do supervisors see prices?

Not unless you switch it on.

Where is my data hosted?

In your region, on hosting you own. We list every sub-processor.

Which phones and browsers?

Current Chrome and Safari on Android and iPhone, and any current desktop browser. There is nothing to download from an app store.

Can I bill against a schedule of values?

Simple invoices with retainage come first. AIA G702/G703-style progress billing is planned for the next phase.
